ZapVision

ZapVision is a feature-rich video editing suite with tons of features like VideoCD extraction, MPG conversion, scratched VCD recovery and advanced playback controls. With ZapVision you can easily extract your personal movies to your hard disk, both as the entire movie or just a part of it. It can easily recover videos from scratched and damaged VCDs.
